Shot through with the sacred swirls of frankincense and the warmth of patchouli, the majestic flower unfolds with a blend of strength and softness in a halo of musks.

Featured throughout the composition, from its top notes to its base, rose reveals itself in its bewitching entirety.
Together, vegetal-nuanced rose essence, round accents of rose absolute and rose water distilled from rose petals via an innovative upcycling process capture all the subtlety and fragility of its facets.
Mysterious patchouli.
To evoke the soil of the Persian garden it is rooted in, rose appears enveloped in dark and earthy patchouli.
Meanwhile, a pairing of musks cloak it in a halo of light.

A ROSE ABSOLUTE
Grown in Grasse, the home of fragrance in the south of France, Grasse roses have been used by Guerlain since 1828.
Firstly, the roses are made into a resin via an extraction process and then washed and purified to create a rose absolute.
